Structure & Stability

The Giant Dinosaur Cat Tree is not only designed to look beautiful, but also built with a strong and reliable internal structure.

Inside the dinosaur, we use a solid wood support frame combined with high-resilience foam, giving the piece both structural strength and a soft, rounded appearance.

The back area can support up to 300 kg / 660 lb, while the head area can support up to 20 kg / 44 lb. The back is strong enough for a normal adult to sit on, making it reliable for daily climbing, resting, and multi-cat interaction.

To further improve stability, we also add a 9 kg internal counterweight inside the dinosaur. This helps reduce the risk of tipping caused by momentum when cats run, jump, climb, or move quickly around the structure.
