Made to Order

Many BONDEV pieces are made or prepared after your order is placed. This allows us to offer special colors, fabric choices, and customized details for different homes.

Please review your product options carefully before checkout, including size, color, fabric, and delivery information.

Production & Delivery Time

Most made-to-order furniture pieces take around 60–75 days for production and delivery.

Smaller ready-to-ship items may arrive sooner. Holiday seasons, customs clearance, or local delivery schedules may occasionally extend the timeline.

Delivery Access

Some BONDEV furniture pieces are large and may be delivered as one assembled item or in oversized packaging.

Before ordering, please check your doorways, elevator, stairs, hallway, and final room space to make sure the product can be moved into your home.

If you are unsure, feel free to contact us with your access measurements before placing the order.

Returns & After-Sales Support

Because many BONDEV products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference, wrong size selection, or access issues after production has started.

If your product arrives with a quality issue or shipping damage, please contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will help you resolve it as soon as possible.

Care & Maintenance

For fabric-covered furniture, regular cleaning with a lint roller, vacuum, or soft brush is recommended.

Some covers may include zippers or removable-looking details, but we do not recommend removing and washing the fabric unless stated otherwise on the product page, as re-installation may be difficult.

To keep your BONDEV piece looking beautiful, avoid soaking, machine washing, or placing it in a damp environment for long periods.
