At BONDEV HOME, every piece is made to order and crafted specifically for you. Because of the size, production process, and customized nature of our products, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Ordering the wrong item or color

• No longer wanting the product after production has begun

• Minor differences in texture, color, or appearance caused by lighting, screen displays, or the handmade production process

Refunds

Refunds are only available if:

• The product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect.

• The product is significantly damaged during shipping.

• You receive the wrong item.

If your order qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue

• A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, repair, or a refund where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After production has started, orders cannot be canceled, as each product is made specifically for the original customer.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice visible shipping damage, take photos before opening the package and contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
