Because our products are made to order, production begins shortly after an order is confirmed. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

If an order is canceled before production begins, any payment received will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses may be charged to the customer.
